By accessing or using the ARIA Intelligence Runtime platform operated by Next in Culture LLC ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ARIA is an AI-powered intelligence runtime that researches, synthesizes, and delivers advisory outputs. The platform includes mission execution, blueprint frameworks, monitoring tools, and document export capabilities.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
  • Share account access with unauthorized parties.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ARIA are owned by Next in Culture LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Mission outputs generated for your account are yours to use commercially, but the underlying technology remains our property.

6. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ARIA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that outputs will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. ARIA outputs are advisory in nature and should not be treated as professional legal, financial, or medical advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next in Culture LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
